1. Services and Deliverables
iTechPool provides digital services, including but not limited to:

- Branding and graphic design
- Marketing and consulting
- Custom digital products
All services are delivered based on mutually agreed project scope and timeline. Changes beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.
2. Payment Terms
Full or partial payment may be required before project commencement, depending on the scope.
- All payments are due in accordance with the invoice terms.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, and Stripe.
- Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.
3. No Refund Policy
As outlined in our Refund Policy, all sales of services and digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once the project is initiated or the digital product is delivered.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- All custom work created by iTechPool remains the intellectual property of iTechPool until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a written NDA prohibits it.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary materials, content, and access in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within specified timeframes
- Ensure all submitted content is legally owned or properly licensed
6. Limitation of Liability
iTechPool shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Errors or delays caused by third-party providers or client inaction
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive project-related information and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a project or service with immediate effect if:
- The client breaches any terms
- The client is abusive, uncooperative, or unresponsive
- Payment terms are violated
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that region.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
